After you sign a lease, fill out our Claim Your Reward form on LiveByCampus.com and we mail you a cash reward!*
* Your cash reward is the amount of cash being offered by your property and can vary from $50 to $500.
The Details
To receive our Cash Reward, you must meet the following criteria:
You must have registered with LiveByCampus.com and viewed the property on our website prior to contacting the property manager or signing a lease.
The property you moved in to must be offering cash back through LiveByCampus.com. The amount of cash you will receive is the amount of Cash Reward being offered by the property on the day of the lease signing.
You must write "LiveByCampus" on a guest card, lease application, and/or referral papers, indicating that you found the property specifically through www.LiveByCampus.com.
You must have moved into the property.
You must fill out the Claim Your Reward form on LivebyCampus.com within 6 weeks of moving into the property.
The property manager must verify that you located the property through LiveByCampus.com.
Only one Cash Reward per unit is granted. If there are multiple leases for one unit, the first resident to notify LiveByCampus of the lease shall receive the Cash Reward.
You are not eligible for the Cash Reward under any of the following circumstances: you are renewing a lease; you have previously lived at the property; you are a current or former employee of the property; you are not a lease holder of the signed lease; you accepted another rebate/reward offer for your specific lease; or if LiveByCampus.com was not your sole referral source.
Any property may cancel their Cash Reward offer at any time; however, all requests for Cash Rewards received prior to cancellation that are eligible for the reward will be honored if all above criteria are satisfied.
You can expect your Cash Reward in the mail within approximately 1-3 weeks of confirmation by the property owner/manager. If you have any questions about the status of your reward, please email support@livebycampus.com.
